Workplace Writing Skills – Level 1 (18 hours)
Course Description: This course reviews the principles and practices of Standard English, focusing on developing writing skills for complex tasks required in business environments. Students will learn to craft summaries, descriptions, memos, letters, and short reports with an emphasis on spelling, diction, grammar, and coherence.

Oral Presentations (22 hours)

Students will learn speech communication theory, practice vocal and non-verbal delivery skills, and use visual aids to complement their presentations. The course includes expository and persuasive speech formats.
